Terms of Service

Kishmish watches the public careers pages of companies you choose and emails you a daily digest of new roles that match your criteria, scored by an AI model. It’s an informational tool — we don’t guarantee that any role is current or accurate, or that you’ll find or get a job.

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for giving accurate information. Sign-in is by magic link or Google (or a password for accounts we’ve set one up for) — keep access to your email secure.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that, Kishmish is $2/month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; your access continues to the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice.

Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Job listings come from companies’ own public careers pages. We don’t control them and can’t guarantee their accuracy or availability — roles may be changed or filled at any time. Applying to and dealing with employers is between you and them.

We aim to keep Kishmish running reliably but can’t promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features.

Kishmish is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, 0xina Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the digest (including missed or inaccurate listings). Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
