Email hello@kishmish.app with your question. Include the email address you sign in with so we can find your account.

• Change what counts as a match: edit your criteria from the dashboard. New postings are scored against the new text, and Re-scan applies it to current openings straight away.
• Add or remove companies: from the dashboard. Kishmish supports companies hiring through Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, TeamTailor and BambooHR.
• Change how often it arrives, or pause it: in Settings.
• Not getting the email? Check your spam folder for mail from Kishmish. If your criteria are narrow, some days simply have no new matches.

Connect Kishmish from ChatGPT’s plugins page and sign in with your Kishmish account when asked. You’ll see what ChatGPT will be able to do before you allow it. Then mention Kishmish in a chat and ask, for example, “any new roles for me today?”

In ChatGPT, Kishmish can:

• list your matching roles, with fit scores and links
• rate roles as a good fit or not, which tunes future scoring
• show, add or remove the companies you watch
• show or rewrite your matching criteria
• show or change your digest settings
• re-scan your companies right away

It can’t apply to jobs for you, contact employers, or change your plan or billing.

To disconnect, go to Settings → Connected apps and choose Disconnect, or remove Kishmish in ChatGPT. Disconnecting doesn’t change your digest or delete any data.

See and manage your plan in Settings → Plan & billing. Payments are handled by Stripe.

In Settings → Danger zone. This permanently deletes your account, criteria, watch list and matches, cancels your subscription if you have one, and disconnects any connected apps. Or email us and we’ll do it for you.
